Recommended Workout

I just did one of the best workouts ever! It was perfect for strength training and had enough cardio to make it great for weight loss! You should really give it a try!

I used 10 pound weights. I don't have a medicine ball, so I just held one hand weight instead. It was challenging for me, but certainly doable. If you haven't been working out regularly, you can modify it easily with lighter weights and adapted movements.
