Toning Exercises

This is a great article on how to firm up those buns and thighs. I just started trying it, but it feels like it's already working. If anyone else wants some tips on great exercises that can be done at home, check it out.

They have great names, huh? These are 10-18 minutes long, but they use the time well. If you're like me, you like to mix it up when you have to do aerobics. There is actually a lot of variety available free on the web. You can do several and still get done in an hour.
